WHAT IS A “COOKIE”?

“Cookies” are data files that a website on the Internet sends to your computer while browsing the website. These data files include data that will collect important information that can make your website more effective and useful for you. We use cookie technology and IP addresses to obtain non-personal information from visitors and to provide our registered visitors with a better and more personalized online experience.

HOW DO WE USE COOKIES?

Our website visitors will be able to access it through various search engines (browsers) and different computers. In order to make the most of the queries, with this technology, we automatically note the type of browser (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, etc.) and its operating system (Windows, Macintosh, etc.) used by the visitor, as well as the domain name of the entity providing the Internet service. We also collect the total number of visitors to our website to enable us to update and improve it in the most productive way; in this process no personally identifiable information is extracted. This data allows us to know if there are more visitors preferring certain functions or areas, thus helping us to keep our website up to date and interesting for most of our visitors.
“Cookies” are also used to help prevent children from having access to certain areas or functions that are reserved only for adults or for young people.

How do we use cookies to customize your experience on our website?
Cookie technology helps us deliver content suited to the interests of our visitors. Typically, websites that offer online purchasing opportunities use “cookies” to record and process purchase-related elements. Where authorized, we may associate personal information with a “cookie” in such circumstances.

WHAT IF I DO NOT WANT “COOKIES”?

If you do not wish to receive cookies, you can configure your computer to notify you whenever you receive a cookie or otherwise disable all cookies through your browser (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, etc.). (Check your browser’s Help menu for the correct way to change or refresh cookies.) Note that if you disable “cookies”, you may not be able to access some of the above functions.
Through the browser settings, you can have some control over most “cookies”.
